Processing time
All Magamaker products are made to order and printed just for you. Orders are typically produced and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery

• United States: 3 to 7 business days after processing
• International: 10 to 20 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak demand.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Lost, damaged, or misprinted items
Because every item is made to order, please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at matt@newways2.com within 30 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may require reshipping costs.
